Haleema Development Organization (HDO), formally registered in November 1977, is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-religious, and non-political organization. It operates under the Voluntary Social Welfare Ordinance of 1961.

HDO is dedicated to enhancing socio-economic development and empowering the deprived sections of society at the grassroots level.
